Montana

So my best friend Lindsey moved from Washington to Montana this last weekend to attend MSU this fall...so I decided to go and visit her! It was a long 7.5 hour drive by myself but it was so worth it!! We went to Virginia and Nevada cities (they are just really old towns that have been turned into tourist spots!!), rode her four-wheeler, went to a rodeo and hung out. We haven't seen each other in a year so it was good to go visit and relax!

The side of the road on the way there- it was such a pretty drive!

Driving with the windows down and blasting the music!

Just goofin off when I finally made it there!

Can you tell we were excited?? :)

Lindsey and I in Nevada City havin fun!

Me and Lindsey four-wheeling!
The fields that we were four wheeling in. This is her uncle's land.
Me with Lucy (aka #80 or my favorite cow friend!)
All of the bull riders at the beginning of the rodeo! This was the first rodeo that I remember going to and it was so fun! The rodeo clown (he entertains the crowd while the round up the bull after the rider has fallen off!) was so funny! He seriously knew the dance routines from every song the DJ played, from Michael Jackson to country. We had a blast!

Night on the Town... or in Kelsi's Gameroom!

So there we were... we made it to Saturday night and what do we find ourselves doing?? Sitting around trying to decide something to do! I know- lets get a Redbox movie!! Nada! I know lets go to a club!! Double Nada!! OK I know for real now! Lets play games at Kelsi's house!! Ok!!
And that is how we came to be playing Shrek Operation.

Erika slaving away trying to get the Pixie Bite out of Shrek while Kelsi admires her!

So I got a little distracted and decided to attack Erika with the pliers instead of completing my task on Shrek!

Once we were done OPERATING on SHREK we decided to play with Tinker Toys and see who could build the TALLEST FREE STANDING TOWER!

Here is Erika's High Tech tower- it was pretty nifty with all of the spinners but not quite the tallest!

2nd Runner Up- I was getting SO close to having the tallest but unfortunately mine just didn't cut it!

WINNER! And the award goes to Kelsi! She built a very large tower- impressive!

And that is the end of our WILD and CRAZY Saturday night!
